RE: INCREASE PETTY CASH FUND AT WELD COUNTY AMBULANCE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the Weld County Ambulance Service
that the Petty Cash Fund in the amount of$125.00 be increased to $275.00 for the Weld County
Ambulance Service, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and the Comptroller have
recommended approval of said request, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it
advisable and in the best interests of Weld County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that the Petty Cash Fund in the amount of$125.00 be, and hereby is, increased
to $275.00 for the Weld County Ambulance Service.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 14th day of August, A.D., 2000.
