Property also surrounded by barbed wire fence. • Property has gravel entrance and parking to the west and north of storage building, also enclosed by barbed wire fence. • North of property is rural subdivion, some agricultural use, large steel building to NE corner. • East of property is house moving company, USR by Ryberg. Fence is in disrepair. Further east are residential lots. • South of property is agricultural use, not in use at this time. Locbbuie is approx. 1 ?/a miles from site. • West of property is agricultural, open pasture.
