Box 299- Loveland, Colorado 80589-0299 January 24, 2000 Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer Weld County 815 10`1' Street Greeley CO 80632 Dear Commissioner Kirkmeyer: I want to thank you and the rest of the commissioners for taking all day on January 19, 2000 to give our mining and concrete plant proposal a full and complete hearing. I was disturbed that a few of the objectors tried to discredit both Tuttle and Applegate and Loveland Ready Mix rather than stick to the pertinent issues. I believe these criticisms were misrepresentations and unfair to us. Attached is a letter that I faxed to the Weld County Planning Department and the Mr. Schnelzer on August 30, 1999 after Mr. Schnelzer and I had agreed in principle on the annexation proceedings. I hope this clears up this matter, which seemed to be of some concern to you. Thank you for your time. Very rs, L A REAISY MIX CONCRETE, INC. C 7 %,C n- O l:t° 'GC.
