RE: APPROVE RECOMMENDATION OF APPOINTMENTS TO HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Collorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Housing Authority of the City of Greeley,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sandie Rutherford and Dixie Hansen he
appointed as commissioners to the Housing Authority of the City of Greeley, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to recommend to the Mayor of the City of
Greeley that Sandie Rutherford and Dixie Hansen be appointed to the Housing Authority of the
City of Greeley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Sandie Rutherford and Dixie Hansen be, and hereby are,
recommended for appointments as commissioners to the Housing Authority of the City of
Greeley.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 28th day of June, A.D., 2000.
