RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RESUBDIVISION, S #518, FOR VACATION OF
LOTS 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, AND 7, BLOCK 1, PETERSON-ALEXANDER SUBDIVISION,
INCLUDING SOUTHERN PORTION OF 70TH AVENUE COURT - FAITH
TABERNACLE CHURCH, C/O DANNY PERDEW
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Resubdivision, S #518, for vacation of
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block 1, Peterson-Alexander Subdivision, including the southern
portion of 70th Avenue Court for Faith Tabernacle Church, do Danny Perdew, 13248 Weld
County Road 72, Greeley, Colorado 80631, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 30th day of August, 2000, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to September 20, 2000, at
10:00 a.m., to allow adequate time to for publication of the legal notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
September 20, 2000, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of August, A.D., 2000.
