RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING A SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
IDAHO CREEK PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN, S #554, FOR IDAHO
CREEK - KENT CARLSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Idaho Creek Planned Unit Development Final Plan, S #554, for Kent Carlson, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 1st day of November, 2000, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow Kent Carlson
adequate time to resolve issues of concern with St. Vrain Valley School District RE-1J.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
December 13, 2000, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of November, A.D., 2000.
