Moved by Michael Miller that the following resolution be denied by the Weld County Planning Commission.
Be it resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the application for:

be recommended unfavorably to the Board of County Commissioners for the following reasons:
1. The application does not conform with the Comprehensive Plan.
2. The drainage ditch running through the property is a safety and irrigation concern.
3. The development is not compatible with the surrounding agricultural uses.
