RE.: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1270 (AMENDING SPECIAL USE
PERMIT#264) FOR AN OIL AND GAS SUPPORT SERVICE (NATURAL GAS
COMPRESSOR SITE) IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - NORTH
AMERICAN RESOURCES COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 21st day
of June 2000, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of
hearing the application of North American Resources Company, do William G. Crews, Crews
and Zeren Land Consultants, P.O. Box 336337, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use
by Special Review Permit#1270 (Amending Special Use Permit#264) for an Oil and Gas
Support Service (natural gas compressor site) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the
following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the NE1/4 of Section 31, Township 1 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the North American Resources Company has submitted a letter to the
Board dated June 16, 2000, requesting the application for Use by Special Review Permit #1270
be withdrawn, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and
statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendation of
the:. Weld County Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence
presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to accept said
request to withdraw said application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the request of the applicant to withdraw the application of North
American Resources Company, do William G. Crews, Crews and Zeren Land Consultants, for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1270 (Amending Special
Use Permit#264) for an Oil and Gas Support Service (natural gas compressor site) in the A
(Agricultural) Zone District on the hereinabove described parcel of land be, and hereby is.
accepted.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of June, A.D., 2000.
