B-76-DN-08-0014 , GRANT NO. 3 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, participated in HUD Project No. B-76-DN-08-0014, known as the Evanston HUD Project, and WHEREAS, Edith Brush received funds for her property to be improved as Applicant No. EV-6-DN-08 , Grant No. 3, and as a condi- tion was required to reside on the property for a five year period in order to be forgiven $3 , 672 . 00 in five equal installments on the anniversary date of March 8 , 1978 through March 8, 1983, and WHEREAS, Edith Brush has advised the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, Colorado, that she must move from the improved residence prior to the five year period because of reasons beyond her control, and WHEREAS, HUD has recommended pro-rating the amount due upon sale from the time of the lien release prior to the five year period of an amount of $579. 47, and that the funds should be de- posited in the Weld County General Fund prior to the lien release by the County since the County contributed local funds in excess of the grant contract. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby direct the County Attorney to prepare the necessary lien release and properly execute it to release the lien resulting from HUD Project No. B-76-DN-08-0014 for Applicant No. EV-6-DN-08 , Grant No. 3, placed on property described as Lots 57, 58 , and 59, Block 1, Evans Addition, Weld County, Colorado, upon the payment of $579. 47 by Edith Brush to Weld County with the monies to be deposited in the Weld County General Fund as miscellaneous revenue. 820348 /1//96)0// Lf-} CL- S17 The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of May, A.D. , 1982 .
