CORRECTED RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION OF OIL AND GAS LEASE COVERING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 64 WEST OF
THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, leased certain minerals owned by Weld County to
BWAB Incorporated, 7935 E. Prentice Avenue, Englewood, CO

pursuant to Board action taken on June 16 , 1982, and
WHEREAS, said mineral lands are described as follows :
The Northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 7
North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado.

WHEREAS, the expiration date stated in the Resolution dated

z June 16, 1982 was incorrect, and
WHEREAS, the three year lease period shall commence June 16,
1982 and end June 15, 1985.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County

e Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the date of the
Cr:Lii mineral lease with BWAB Incorporated be, and hereby is , corrected
ti to reflect that said lease shall commence June 16 , 1982 and end

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the lath
day of July, A.D. , 1982.
