A public hearing was conducted on December 6, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated October 30, 2000, and duly published November 2,
2000, in the South Weld Sun, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Ivan and
Joanne Gilbaugh for the Fourth Replat of Gilbaugh's Appaloosa Acres, being a replat of Lots 15-C,
16 and 17 as shown on the Third Replat of Gilbaugh's Appaloosa Acres. Lee Morrison, Assistant
County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services,
presented a brief summary of the proposal and entered the favorable recommendation of the
Planning Commission into the record as written. He stated the applicant has requested a
continuance of up to six months, to allow the applicant time to establish a Homeowners'
Association for the maintenance of Appy Road. Mr. Gathman recommended continuance to
June 6, 2001.
Joanne Gilbaugh, applicant, stated June 6, 2001,would be enough time. No public testimony was
offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Vaad moved to continue the request of Ivan and Joanne Gilbaugh for the Fourth
Replat of Gilbaugh's Appaloosa Acres, S#539, being a replat of Lots 15-C, 16 and 17 as shown
on the Third Replat of Gilbaugh's Appaloosa Acres, to June 6, 2001. Commissioner Baxter
seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
