RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF CATHY CLAMP TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Cathy Clamp be appointed to said
commission as the at-large representative, to replace Bruce Fitzgerald, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Cathy Clamp to said commission,
with her term to expire July 31, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Cathy Clamp be, and hereby is, appointed to the Planning
Commission, with her term to expire July 31, 2000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of April, A.D., 2000.
