RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER M. J. GEILE TO CHILD CARE AND
YOUTH SUPERVISION TASK FORCE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Child Care and Youth Supervision Task
Force, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner M. J. Geile be appointed to
said board as the Weld County representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner M. J. Geile to said
board, with his term to expire December 31, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioner M. J. Geile be, and hereby is, appointed to the
Child Care and Youth Supervision Task Force, with his term to expire December 31, 2000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 9th day of February, A.D., 2000.
