RE: AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN PROOF OF POSSESSION CONCERNING
PART OF SECTION 28 , TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST, WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Taylor and Associates has submitted a Proof of
Possession to the Board of County Commissioners to be executed by
the Chairman, and
WHEREAS, this document was reviewed by the office of the Weld
County Attorney and found to be in order, and
WHEREAS , the Board, after review, deems it advisable to
authorize the Chairman to sign said Proof of Possession concerning
land located in Section 28 , Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described
as follows:
Township 5 North, Range 66 West, 6th P.M.
Section 28 : A strip of land 30 feet wide off
the south side of the SWq described in a Quit
Claim Deed recorded at Book 114 , Page 151 ,
Records of Weld County, Colorado
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the
Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Proof of
Possession which was submitted to the Board by Taylor and
Associates .

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
December, A.D. , 1984 .
