RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF TED MORGAN TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ted Morgan be appointed to said board as
the representative, to replace Larry Lind, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ted Morgan to said board, with his
term to expire October 31, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Ted Morgan be, and hereby is, appointed to the Fair Board, with
his term to expire October 31, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of December, A.D., 2000.
