I have lived here since they moved in. I have no problem with the applicants procuring the permit they are applying for. r= The applicants are very careful not to let their dogs bark, especially at night. There are many dogs in the neighborhood that make a lot more noise than theirs. At no .. time has the barking of their dogs been a cause for concern. Regarding any ire sanitation problems, in my opinion there are none. If I did not know that there were a number of dogs living next door, I would be none the wiser. This is a agricultural zoned neighborhood and most of the residents have livestock. r Livestock draws flies and mosquitos.
