To Whom it may Concern:
I am unable to attend the Public Hearing on Tuesday, February I, 2000, regarding __
the above-named Case.
1 live at 7301 Hart Street, which is next door to the applicants. I have lived here
since they moved in. I have no problem with the applicants procuring the permit
they are applying for. r=
The applicants are very careful not to let their dogs bark, especially at night. There
are many dogs in the neighborhood that make a lot more noise than theirs. At no ..
time has the barking of their dogs been a cause for concern. Regarding any
ire
sanitation problems, in my opinion there are none. If I did not know that there
were a number of dogs living next door, I would be none the wiser. This is a
agricultural zoned neighborhood and most of the residents have livestock.

Livestock draws flies and mosquitos. Since the applicants have moved in, I have
a not noticed an increase in the fly or mosquito population.
