RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COLLEEN FLACK TO EXTENSION ADVISORY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Extension Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Colleen Flack be appointed to said board to
replace Eric Wilkerson, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Colleen Flack to said board, with
her term to expire November 1, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Colleen Flack be, and hereby is, appointed to the Extension
Advisory Council, with her term to expire November 1, 2003.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of November, A.D., 2000.
