NOTICE OF BELL TOWER ANNEXATION AND ZONING PUBLIC HEARING
CORRECTING MEETING DATE
Gentlemen :
Please be advised that a public hearing regarding the Bell Tower annexation and zoning, has
been scheduled as follows:
BOARD OF TRUSTEES PUBLIC HEARING
DATE: May 9, 2000
TIME: 7:00 PM
PLACE: Board Room, Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook Street (lower east entrance)
The property, located at 4415 East County Line Road, is located on the east side of County Line
Road, south of Weld County Road 10.5. The proposed use for the property will be open space
and development of an event center that will cater weddings and private parties. The requested
zoning is Rural Preservation 2 (RP2), and General Commercial (GC).
This letter is your notice of the above referenced public hearing. We are sending you this notice
as an adjacent property owner or referral agency of the Town. Copies of the application and
support material for this annexation and zoning are on file and available for public inspection in
the Community Development Office at Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook, Erie, Colorado. Public
comment is welcome during the public hearing, or you may send written comments to the
Community Development Department, Erie Town Hall, Box 750, Erie, CO 80516.
