RE: APPROVE EXTENSION AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL
SERVICES AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN -4-D TRIANGLE, C/O BILL DELAP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Extension Agreement for
Professional/Technical Services between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and 4-D Triangle, do Bill Delap,
commencing March 29, 2000, and ending March 29, 2001, with further terms and conditions
being as stated in said extension, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said extension, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Extension Agreement for Professional/Technical Services
between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, and 4-D Triangle, do Bill Delap, be, and hereby is, approved,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said extension.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of March, A.D., 2000.

EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL SERVICES
THIS EXTENSION AGREEMENT, is made this 20thday of March, 2000, by and
between the County of Weld, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, whose address is 915 10th Street,
hereinafter referred to as "County," and 4-D Triangle, c/o Bill Delap, whose address is 19651
195th Avenue, Hudson, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on March 29, 1999, the parties hereto entered into an agreement entitled:
"AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL SERVICES," hereinafter referred to as
"the Original Agreement," and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 2 of the Original Agreement provided for a term of one year, with
the stipulation that the Original Agreement could, upon concurrence of both parties, be extended
for a subsequent twelve (12) month period with additional option years available, and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to extend the Original Agreement for a period of
twelve (12) months from March 29, 2000, with the option then to extend for additional periods of
time if necessary and desired by both parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained
in the Original Agreement and as contained herein,pursuant to the above stated provisions
contained in said paragraph 2 of the Original Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Original Agreement shall be extended for a period of twelve (12) months,
commencing March 29, 2000, and shall continue through and including March 29,
2001, at which time the Original Agreement shall terminate unless it has been
sooner additionally extended by the parties.
2. Each and every other term, provision, and condition contained in the Original
Agreement is hereby incorporated in this Extension Agreement, as though fully
stated herein.
