1. A clean landscaped storage lot of vehicles with the vehicles being
described as RV'S, Boats, Cars, Pick-ups and Trucks. Each vehicle will be
allotted ten (10) feet with parking space.
2. This project will not disrupt the neighborhood.
3. The project will follow all rules and guide line set forth by the WELD
COUNTY LANDING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
4. The land laying to the east is an open grass field; to the North is grass
park and commons area for HILL &PARK with surrounding area being
older modular homes on lots owned by the individual property owner. I
feel a RV storage area is appropriate for the needs of the community
especially with the recent development of small rental lots for modular
homes along 35"' Ave between 37th Street and 49th Street.
