Dear Chairman Hall:
We are pleased to announce that the upgrade project in Evans, LaSalle, Garden City
and areas of Weld County is running on schedule and should be completed by August
31. Upon the completion of the upgrade project, customers in this area will enjoy an
enhanced channel lineup and will experience a slight rate increase in the Expanded
Basic Service.
Expanded Basic customers will be able to view these additional channels:
Home & Garden Television BET
Great American Country TV Guide
Court TV Food Network Channel
The Oxygen Channel Travel Channel
TV Land
Digital Customers will enjoy the new Expanded Basic channels as well as:
▪ Additional Pay-Per-View channels;
• Additional plex channels with the subscription to HBO, Cinemax, STARZ!, Encore
Showtime, and the Movie Channel;
• The option to purchase ESPN Game Plan (college sports), ESPN Shoot Out
(National Soccer League), NBA Full Court, and NHL Center Ice;
• And newly launched Special Interest Channels such as Lifetime Movie Network,
CNN Sports Illustrated, the Health Network, Biography Channel and many more.
Additionally, AT&T's @Home Internet Service will be available to residents of Evans..
LaSalle, Garden City and areas of Weld County soon after the upgrade project is
completed.

Effective October 1, 2000, Expanded Basic customers in Evans, LaSalle, Garden City
and Weld County will move from a monthly rate of$31.99 to $32.99, a $1.00 increase,
and will be on the same rate schedule as Greeley and Windsor customers. Evans,
LaSalle, Garden City and Weld County customers will now be able to subscribe to the
same Digital Cable Value Packages as Greeley customers. There are six packages
offering various combinations of services, many of which offer the same services
existing customers enjoy at a new, lower price.
Each customer will be notified about the price increase in a letter that will be sent out by
AT&T Cable Services by September 1, 2000.
