Barker Weld County Attorney's Office 915 Tenth Street P.O. Box 1948 Greeley, Colorado 80632 Re: Corrections to WC.ICR.B bylaws Dear Mr. Barker: Thanks for your call back the other day. I have enclosed a copy of the current bylaws with the necessary changes we discussed. I hope this will be the last correction needed for this edition. I was wondering, however, about whether the • bylaws need to reflect a recent message 1 got from Vicky Sprague concerning the naming of alternates for citizen representatives to the CRB. She advised that the Commissioners would advertise for interested persons to fill these two positions rather than have them nominated by the citizen reps themselves as is done by the agency reps. Let me know what you think. Our next meeting is set for Thursday, November 4, 1999, at which time I planned to announce the changes. Please feel free to contact me at 970.353.3686 ext. 117.
