RE: APPROVE ANTENNA SITE LEASE SCHEDULE FOR LARIMER/HORSETOOTH SITE
AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - PINNACLE TOWERS, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a lease schedule between the County
of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, on behalf of the Weld County Regional Communications Department, and Pinnacle
Towers, Inc., with terms and conditions being as stated in said lease schedule, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said lease schedule,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the lease schedule between the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the
Weld County Regional Communications Department, and Pinnacle Towers, Inc., be, and
hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said lease schedule.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of March, A.D., 2000.

This Antenna Site Lease Schedule is an integral part of the Master Antenna Site Lease referred to above,the terms of which are
hereby incorporated herein. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Schedule and the Lease,this Schedule shall prevail.

INITIAL TERM: 12 months commencing upon the start date of installation,but no later than 04(QI/00,
RENEWAL TERM(s): 4 automatic renewal terms of fl months each,subject to the terms of the underlying land lease,unless
Lessee provides Lessor written notice no later than ninety(90)days prior to the end of the then-current term,of Lessees intent to
not renew the next term.
ESCALATION TERM: An annual Lb.escalation fee,will automatically go into effect each anniversary of the"commencing"
date,throughout the initial term and each successive term
UTILITIES: The above referenced lease rate includes utilities applicable to this installation only.
INSURANCE:Within five(5)days from the signing of this Schedule,Lessee will provide Lessor with a"Certificate of
Insurance"naming Pinnacle Towers Inc.as"Additionally Insured". Such certificate will be specific to this site only and shall
carry general liability in the amounts as specified on attached Exhibit"B"titled"Insurance for Lessee's Contractors and
Subcontractors".
PARTIAL INVALIDITY: The invalidity of one or more phrases sentences,clauses,sections or articles contained in this
Schedule shall not effect the remaining portions so long as the material purposes of this Schedule can be determined and
effectuated.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The parties hereto agree that this Schedule contains the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee
as of the date of this agreement. It has not been induced by either party by an any representations,promises or undertakings not
expressed herein,such as collateral agreements,stipulations,promises or understandings that will affect the subject matter of the
Schedule which are not expressed in this instrument.

LESSOR ADJUSTMENTS: Should this schedule not describe all equipment loaded at this facility,Lessor shall reserve the
right to adjust pricing and Schedule language accordingly.Should tbture audits reflect a discrepancy in equipment at this site,
Lessor shall make the determination to supersede this Schedule.
LEASE TERMINATION: Lessee acknowledges that Lessor's interest in and to any site may be subject to,or otherwise
governed by,the terms and conditions of a third party lease,license,or other similar agreement to which Lessor is a party(the
"Master Lease"). In such event,Lessee hereby acknowledges that the terms,conditions,provisions,and obligations of this Lease
are subject and subordinate to any such Master Lease,and Lessee hereby agrees to abide by the terms,conditions,and provisions
of any such Master Lease,as if flilly stated herein. In the event of the termination of any such Master Lease,for any reason,the
terms,conditions,provisions,and obligations contained herein shall automatically cease upon written notice to Lessee by Lessor.
Upon the delivery of any such written notice to Lessee,Lessor shall be relieved of all responsibility pursuant tot the terms of this
Lease,and shall thereafter have no continuing liability to Lessee pursuant to the terms thereof.
