RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF POLICY REVISION FOR CERTIFIED BOUNDARY SURVEY
REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT AND CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT APPLICATIONS .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a policy revision for certified boundary survey
requirements for Special Use Permit and Conditional Use Permit
applications has been presented to the Board of County Commis-
sioners, and
WHEREAS, said policy revision is to change the interpreta-
tion of 3. 3. D. 3. a. and 3 . 3 . E. 3 . a. so that certified boundary
surveys will not normally be required, and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to approve said policy
revision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above stated policy
revision for certified boundary survey requirements for Special
Use Permit and Conditional Use Permit applications be, and hereby
is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
September, A.D. , 1980 .
