RE: ACTION OF THE WELD COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING
VIOLATION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE - GARY CURTIS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Gary Curtis, VI #9900251, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of February, 2000, a public hearing was held before the
Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation,
and
WHEREAS, Gary Curtis, property owner, was not present or represented at said
hearing, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to continue said
violation to March 14, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., to allow Department of Planning staff additional time
to confirm details of said violation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that VI #9900251 against Gary Curtis be, and hereby is, continued to
March 14, 2000, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of February, A.D., 2000.
