SUBJECT: Changes to Condition of Approval 3.A., Page 3 for USR-1285
The Departments of Planning Services and Public Works are requesting that the last line in
Condition of Approval 3,A, be eliminated. The Department of Public Works is working with the
applicant to determine the actual improvements required for A-1 Organics' share of the
improvements to the current road. The applicant shall provide the truck counts,classifications and
axle loads to the Department of Public Works, through the Improvements Agreement process.
