RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 731 - COLORADO GATHERING AND
PROCESSING COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 1st day of June, 1983, considered the request of
Colorado Gathering and Processing Company to place a mobile home
to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-
Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the W1 SE', Section 28 , T6N, R65W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for
the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval
by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Colorado
Gathering and Processing Company to place a mobile home to be used
as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the
condition as above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
June, A.D. , 1983.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
The applicant would like to place a mobile home on the natural gas processing
site to provide a residence for the crew of this twenty-four (24) hour per day
operation.
The Department of Planning Services staff has not received any objections to
this application.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit
for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the
Board of County Commissioners.

Lot "A" is currently irrigated cropland without improvements. Lot "B" has improvements
consisting of a farm residence, a laborer's house, barn, metal garage, two outbuildings
and corrals. A gas well is also located on Lot "B".
A high power transmission line runs parallel with the abandoned railroad right-of-way.
