Please let this letter serve to withdraw North American Resources Company's
request for an amendment to Special Use Permit#264, now known as Use by Special
Review Permit#1270. There was to be a public hearing on this matter at 10:00 a.n1. on
June 21, 2000 in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners.
Our designated representative, Mr. William Crews, has been notified of this
change. He will not be in attendance at the hearing.
