Home My WebLink About20002194.tiff RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS MINUTES EXECUTIVE SESSION BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WELD COUNTY, COLORADO SEPTEMBER 11, 2000 TAPE #2000-25 The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, met in executive session in full conformity with the laws of the State of Colorado at the regular place of meeting in the Weld County Centennial Center, Greeley, Colorado, September 11, 2000, at the hour of 3:30 p.m. ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by the Chair and on roll call the following members were present, constituting a quorum of the members thereof: Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Chair Commissioner M. J. Geile, Pro-Tem Commissioner George E. Baxter Commissioner Dale K. Hall Commissioner Glenn Vaad Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Carol Harding Director of Finance and Administration, Donald D. Warden NEW I3USINESS: CONSIDER THE APPEAL OF GRIEVANCE BOARD DECISION - DEBORAH MCCARTHY: Commissioner Vaad moved to go into Executive Session since this is a Personnel issue. Seconded by Commissioner Geile, the motion carried unanimously; therefore the discussion has not been recorded or entered into these minutes. Commissioner Baxter moved and Commissioner Hall seconded to end the Executive Session. The motion carried unanimously. Responding to Chair Kirkmeyer, Don Warden, Director of Finance and Administration,stated the appeal was timely and properly submitted. Commissioner Geile moved to affirm the decision of the Grievance Board. Seconded by Commissioner Hall, the motion carried unanimously.
