HomeMy WebLinkAbout20002250.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST BRADFORD RAEHAL FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Bradford Raehal, VI#0000157, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has not been corrected, and WHEREAS, on the 19th day of September, 2000, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Bradford Raehal was not present or represented at said hearing, nor was he notified of said hearing by Department of Planning Services staff, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to continue said violation to October 10, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., to allow the Department of Planning Services staff adequate time to notify the property owner of said hearing date.
