RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COLLEEN FLACK TO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,, a vacancy currently exists on the Workforce Development Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Colleen Flack be appointed to said board as
the adult literacy representative, to replace Judy Sheppard, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Colleen Flack to said board, with
her term to expire December 31, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Colleen Flack be, and hereby is, appointed to the Workforce
Development Board, with her term to expire December 31, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of November, A.D., 2000.
