RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AMENDMENT TO NOTICE OF
• ENERGY GRANT AWARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on December 21, 1980, the Board of County Commis-
sioners requested an extension to March 31, 1981 of the Energy
Grant Award, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Energy has granted said exten-
sion, and has requested that the Board indicate their acceptance
of the extension by signing the Amended Notice of Grant Award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the
Board is hereby authorized to sign the Amended Notice of Grant
Award.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
January, A.D. , 1981.
