RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING APPLICATION FOR TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE
-JERRY SAMBER, DBA DEWEYS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Application for a Tavern Liquor
License for Jerry Samber, dba Deweys, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 18th day of September 2000, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to September 25, 2000, at
9:00 a.m. to allow adequate time to for publication of the notice, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on September 25, 2000, the Board deemed it advisable to
continue said matter to January 24, 2001, or subsequent to approval of the Change of Zone for
the property owned by Jerry Samber, if sooner than January 24, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
January 24, 2001, at 9:00 a.m., or subsequent to approval of the Change of Zone for the
property owned by Jerry Samber, if sooner than January 24, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of September, A.D., 2000.
