RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF EDWARD MIRICK TO BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Edward Mirick be appointed to said board as
the small independent general contractor representative, to replace Scott Kinnison, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Edward Mirick to said board, with
his term to expire April 10, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Edward Mirick be, and hereby is, appointed to the Building Trades
Advisory Committee, with his term to expire April 10, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 31st day of January, A.D., 2000.
