respectfully requests that the taxes assessed against the above property for the years A.D.
19 99 , 19 , are erroneous, illegal, or due to error in valuation for the following reasons:
Describe specifically the circumstances surrounding the incorrect value or tax, including owner's
estimate of value. (Attach additional sheets if necessary)
I HAD THE ABOVE PROPERTY IN FALLOW STATE FOR THE PURPOSE OF LAND LEVELING
FOR THE YEARS OF 1997 & 1998. THE IRRIGATION WATER WAS DISRUP'T'ED UPSTREAM
BECAUSE OF THE DISCONNECTION OF THE LINE BY ADJACENT LAND OWNER. THE
PROPERTY WAS IN A USGA SOIL CONSERVATION PROGRAM AND WAS REINCLUDED IN THE
PROGRAM IN 1999 BY PLANTING GRAIN CROPS, WHICH IS A CONTINUING AGRICULTURAL
USE. I REQUEST THE ASSESSOR RETURN THE LAND TO AGRICULTURAL VALUATION FOR
THE YEAR 1999 AND FUTURE YEARS, UNTIL THE USE CHANGES.
