RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
BOARD OF APPEALS •
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Charlie Wisdom be appointed to said board
as the General Construction representative, to replace Marvin Schiessler, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Perry Miller be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Charlie Wisdom, and reappoint
Perry Miller to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Charlie Wisdom be, and hereby is, appointed to the Uniform
Building Code Board of Appeals, with his term to expire December 31, 2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Perry Miller be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Uniform Building Code Board
of Appeals, with his term to expire December 31, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 31st day of January, A.D., 2000.
