RE: DECLARE A PORTION OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE
68 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO AS SURPLUS
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has determined that a portion of Section 30, Township
3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
is no longer needed for governmental purposes, and
WHEREAS, the legal description of said property is as
follows :

WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to declare the above
described property to be surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above described
property be, and hereby is, declared to be surplus property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
June, A.D. , 1982.

of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado,
on the 2nd day of June, 1982, at the hour of 2 : 00 P.M. to the
highest and best bidder. Written bids only will be accepted in
the Office of the Clerk to the Board, 915 10th Street, P.O. Box 758 ,
Greeley, Colorado 80632, any working day until and including Tuesday,
June 2 , 1982. Excepting therefrom the reservations in favor of
the Union Pacific Railroad Company; and excepting therefrom the
reservations in the United States Patent and existing reservoir
sites and irrigation ditches, if any, existing rights-of-way for
public highways and roads, and any and all existing easements or
rights-of-way, however evidenced or acquired, and subject to
existing leases; and excepting therefrom all county owned struc-
