RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 959 - NICKLAS RANCH COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissio]n9er84s of Weld onsidered nty,
Colorado, on the 28th day of November,

principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
SWa, Section 21 , Township 8 North, Range 56
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to
the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days arom the

NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Nicklas Ranch Company to place one mobile home to be used

principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which

2. A septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation
test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit.
3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that the well is supplying water in such a manner as to be
adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use.
4. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the
applicant has complied with Conditions 1, 2 and 3 above.
5. The existing abandoned house on the property shall not be used for
residential purposes.

This letter is to explain the requeot for a ,Mobile
Ho'r•e permit to be °laced on the Wi Sec . 21 , T.8 R56W.
This request is being made in order that my brother,
Mark Nicklas, could place the Mobile Home on the property
for the primary dwelling of his family. He is currentlyT,
living in a rented house in Stoneham. However,
the that house has indicated that he wishes Maisrnok

depth ( 300 feet) as the well which supplies the majority
of water for the town of Stoneham, and should he adequate
for one additional family easily.
