HomeMy WebLinkAbout840804.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 959 - NICKLAS RANCH COMPANY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissio]n9er84s of Weld onsidered nty, Colorado, on the 28th day of November, he request of Nicklas Ranch Company for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: SWa, Section 21 , Township 8 North, Range 56 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days arom the se tie date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a s ptic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation 3) prior s requirements prior to the issuance e , f building ing peer shall sprr to the issuance of a building pa evidence that the well is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use; 4) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above meid conditions; and 5) the existing abandoned house on the property shall not be used for residential purposes.
