HomeMy WebLinkAbout810311.tiff r / a RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL TO WAIVE RENTAL FEE FOR EXHIBITION BUILDING FOR PATIENT ADVOCACY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County , Colorado, and WHEREAS, Patient Advocacy has requested that the rental fee for the Exhibition Building be waived for a benefit dance to be held on March 14 , 1981 , and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to grant the request of Patient Advocacy for waiver of rental fees for the Exhibition Building, however, Patient Advocacy shall pay the $50 damage deposit and also the costs for clean- up and for the security guard. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the rental fee for the Exhibition Building be, and hereby is, waived for the benefit dance to be held by Patient Advocacy on March 14 , 1981 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that Patient Advocacy shall pay the $50 damage deposit and also the costs for clean-up and for the security guard. After consideration of the request, the Board agreed to waive the fee for rental of the hall ($250); however, asks that Patient Advocacy meet the requirement for the $50.00 damage deposit and pay the costs of clean-up and security guard.
