SUBJECT: Chronology of Events for Faith Tabernacle Church
June 22, 2000 Mika telephone call with Perdew to discuss proposed sign issue. Perdew
indicated that he wanted to have a Board of Adjustment hearing to resolve
sign dimension issue. Perdew also indicated he wanted the Board to
consider the repel of any fees associated with his request.
June 15, 2000 Letter from Perdew requesting fee waiver for BOA hearing concerning the
size of the sign.
June 19, 2000 Letter from Sprague to Perdew concerning the one-hour fire wall rating within
the building and the upcoming inspection by Zoyiopoulos regarding all fire
rating issues.
June 15, 2000 Letter from Perdew seeking relief from BOA for sign
June 9, 2000 Applicant's Sign representative (Larry Biggers)obtained WCZO Section 42.1
pertaining to signs in the R-1 Zone District. Ogle stated thirty-two(32)square
feet is permitted. Ogle noted one sign per principal use is allowed.
June 8, 2000 Applicant's sign representative (Larry Biggers) faxed drawings for sign to
Planning Office for review and direction on how to proceed with building
permits. Dimension of sign exceeds dimensions permitted in the R-1 Zone
District.
May 19, 2000 Ogle letter to Perdew/Watson regarding outstanding issues to be addressed
prior to the recording of the USR 1217 mylar, Letter is itemized according to
Resolution (PL1325)..
May 16, 2000 Letter dated May 1,2000 from Watson regarding Phasing of project per COA
item # 2p

project. Previously Kenney Associates were Project Architects.
Letter from Sprague, Weld County Building Inspection to Perdew identifying
the requirements for a one-hour rated building as Perdew fetter dated May
4, 200O stated their intent to not sprinkle the building.
May 4, 2000 Letter from Perdew to City of Greeley regarding their intent to not sprinkle
building due to financial concerns and not being credited by the insurance
company for their upgrades.

for Faith Tabernacle Church. Perdew nor any representative of the
Church was asked to attend.
April 6, 2000 Ogle letter to Perdew stating more than sixty (60) days had passed since
Board of County Commissioner approval. Letter further stated the need to
submit a complete application for the Re-subdivision of the Peterson-
Alexander Subdivision.
February 10, 2000 BOA hearing regarding variance to height of building in the R-1 Zone District.
Variance was approved by the Board of Adjustment.

location(s). Perdew to revise drawings and obtain letter from Fire District.
January 10, 2000 Ogle memorandum to Morrison regarding protocol of Boyle engineering
design review. Morrison instructed Ogle to mail copy to applicant's engineer,
Tom Cope of Total Engineering for his review and use.
January 7, 2000 Weiderspon submitted copy of letter from Ed Toms of Boyle Engineering
Corporation regarding the Irrigation Design Review of the relocated
Boomerang Lateral,

December 7, 1999 Incomplete Resubdivision Application received by Staff. No signatures for
SPOs. Seventy (70) percent required.

December 9, 1998 Letter from Jon Monson to Kaylun Watson of Faith Tabernacle outlining
conditions to be met for water service outside of the City Limits.
November 4, 1998 Barker electronic mail to Board copied to Mika. Flagpole annexation
proposed by City thus giving Faith Tabernacle city water. Not approved by
State. Board polled. Board expressed concerns. Adjacent neighbor,
Weiderspon, expressed objections.
