RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW#1261 FOR A
KENNEL IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT IN THE A(AGRICULTURAL)
ZONE DISTRICT - MIKE AND HEATHER HATHAWAY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit#1261 for a Kennel in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Mike
and Heather Hathaway, 7673 Weld County Road 6, Brighton, Colorado 80601, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 17th day of May, 2000, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter for two weeks to allow Mike
and Heather Hathaway adequate time to address the adequacy of water.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
May 31, 2000, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of May, A.D., 2000.
