RE : APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER SERVICE PLAN - TFl
AREA AMBULANCE DISTRICT
WHEREAS , the Board of County CDmmissior.ers of Weld Count} ,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on the 7th da , of
November, 1984 , to consider the Service Plan for the proposed Tii
Area Ambulance District , and
WHEREAS , at said hearing it was determined that a Notice of
Hearing had not been mailed to the Longnont Fire Protectior
District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deemed it
advisable that said hearing be continued to November 21 , 1934 , at
2 : 00 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of ...ounty
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing is
consider the Service Plan submitted by th proposed Tri Are
Ambulance District be, and hereby is , continued to November 2
1984 , at 2 : 00 P .M. , and that a Notice of said continuancc k,a
mailed to Longmont Fire Protection District.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly road€
and seconded , adopted by the following vot= on the 7th da.} o
