RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 828 - LEON AND HELEN GEBHARDT
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 18th day of January, 1984 , considered the request
of Leon and Helen Gebhardt to place a mobile home to be used as
a principal dwelling , and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described
as follows:
Part of the NEa NE;, Section 22 , Township
7 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Leon and
Helen Gebhardt to place a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found
to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section
43 , be, and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
January, A.D. , 1984 .

COMMENTS:
The property contains 3 separate sets of improvements on what would be 3 se ar
