HomeMy WebLinkAbout840750.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 828 - LEON AND HELEN GEBHARDT WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 18th day of January, 1984 , considered the request of Leon and Helen Gebhardt to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling , and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Part of the NEa NE;, Section 22 , Township 7 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
