RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ISSUE TAX
DEEDS ON CERTAIN PARCELS AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN
TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statutes and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, has
requested permission to issue tax deeds on the following County
Certificates, to-wit:
Co Ctf 514/1977 - Imps on RR R/W SWaNWa Sec 5 Ti R66 Ft Lupton
Co Ctf 515/1977 - Imps on RR R/W SWaNWa Sec 5 Ti R66 Ft Lupton
Co Ctf 40/1979 - Imps only on SWQ Sec 2 T5 R65 (Greeley Airport)
& Hangar #4
Co Ctf 155/1979 - Lot 10 Block 19 Canfield
Co Ctf 226/1979 - Imps only Pt SEa Sec 2 T3 R68 N & W of GW RR.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interests of Weld
County to authorize Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer,
to issue tax deeds on said parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Francis M. Loustalet,
Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is, authorized to issue
tax deeds on the above described County Certificates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman of
the Board of County Commissioners be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign the same.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th
day of July, A.D. , 1983 .
