HomeMy WebLinkAbout830676.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACCEPT RECOMMENDATION OF DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES STAFF THAT NO ACTION BE TAKEN CONCERNING VIOLATION OF WELD COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE DUE TO REQUIREMENTS BEING MET BY RAYMOND B. AND DELORES GUTIERREZ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Planning Services informed the Board that Raymond B. and Delores Gutierrez were in violation of Section 31. 2 . 16 (43) of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, mobile home without the proper permits, and WHEREAS, Raymond B. and Delores Gutierrez did apply for the proper permits from the Department of Planning Services; therefore, the Department of Planning Services staff recommends that no action be taken concerning this matter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that no action shall be taken concerning the violation of the Weld County Zoning Ordi- nance by Raymond B. and Delores Gutierrez . Failure to do this will result in this office scheduling this violation before the Weld County Board of County Commis- sioners for their consideration and action. I At this meeting, we mutually agreed that the actions which need to be I taken to correct this violation are: 1. Water and sewer with the city of Greeley; • 2. Zoning Permit for a mobile home to be used as a principal I dwelling; I 3. A mobile home building permit. To aid you in applying for your permits I have the list of property owners for you and a copy of the deed. II So that we both understand one another's position, and for the purpose i of documentation, the above items are to be completed and/or submitted to our office by September 15, 1983.
