RE: ACCEPT RECOMMENDATION OF DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES
STAFF THAT NO ACTION BE TAKEN CONCERNING VIOLATION OF WELD
COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE DUE TO REQUIREMENTS BEING MET BY
RAYMOND B. AND DELORES GUTIERREZ
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Planning Services
informed the Board that Raymond B. and Delores Gutierrez were
in violation of Section 31. 2 . 16 (43) of the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, mobile home without the proper permits, and
WHEREAS, Raymond B. and Delores Gutierrez did apply for
the proper permits from the Department of Planning Services;
therefore, the Department of Planning Services staff recommends
that no action be taken concerning this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that no action shall be
taken concerning the violation of the Weld County Zoning Ordi-
nance by Raymond B. and Delores Gutierrez .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
October, A.D. , 1983 .

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Gutierrez:
The uses on the above described property are being considered as zoning
violations of Section 31.2.16 (43) of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance
for having a mobile home on your property without the proper permits.
We are requesting your cooperation in this matter by contacting this
office by July 29, 1983, to inform us of your intentions in correcting
this zoning violation. Failure to do this will result in this office
scheduling this violation before the Weld County Board of County Commis-
sioners for their consideration and action.
This office is ready to be of any assistance in clarifying or answering
questions concerning this matter. We look forward to hearing from you ,
soon.

Dear Mr. Aragon:
The purpose of this letter is to summarize the different points which
were discussed during our conversation on August 22, 1983. I
At this meeting, we mutually agreed that the actions which need to be I
taken to correct this violation are:
1. Water and sewer with the city of Greeley;
•
2. Zoning Permit for a mobile home to be used as a principal I
dwelling; I
3. A mobile home building permit.
To aid you in applying for your permits I have the list of property owners
for you and a copy of the deed. II
So that we both understand one another's position, and for the purpose

of documentation, the above items are to be completed and/or submitted
to our office by September 15, 1983.
This office is ready to be of any assistance in clarifying or answering
further questions concerning this matter.

This is to inform you that the Weld County Board of Commissioners is
scheduled to consider the zoning violation occurring on your property
on Wednesday, October 19,1983, starting at 9:00 a.m. This meeting
will be held in the Board of County Commissioners Hearing Room, First
Floor (#101) , Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley.,
Colorado.
Your presence or a representative would be helpful to the Board of
County Commissioners if it has any questions in considering this viola-
tion. If necessary, the Board will recommend that the County proceed
with legal action to remedy the violation of the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance.
