Dear Chairman Hall:
Effective April 17, 2000, we are making changes to your channel line-up to make room
for future enhancements to your cable service. Because we have reached channel
capacity, the following channels will be removed from your service: HBO en Espanol
(75); Pay-Per-View 2 (72); and Pay-Per-View 4 (74). Additionally, Digital Music
Express will only be available as part of Digital Cable. Again, these channels are being
removed in order to improve your cable service with future channel additions.
We will also be adding the following channels to the Expanded Basic service: Court
TV (60); Oxygen (61, added March 1); Travel Channel (62); TV Land (63); and Food
Network Channel (64). We will also be adding numerous channels to our Digital
Cable services. For highlights of our Digital Cable additions, please see enclosed flyer.
Please note that the additional Expanded Basic and Digital Cable channels will
not be available in your area until our current upgrade project is completed.
