_ Dear Mr. Wood:
Reference our Cooperative Agreement of April 30, 1982, by which you were
to rehabilitate wind and soil damages to Forest Service land in Weld
County, Colorado, in lieu of payment for those damages.
Randy Phillips, District Ranger of the Pawnee National Grasslands, has
inspected the area and believes it now meets our criteria for restoration.
Therefore, we are terminating the agreement as of this date.
