RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Patryce Engel be appointed to said board as
the District Attorney representative; Joyce Hause be appointed as the Social Services
representative; Patricia Orleans be appointed as the Mental Health representative; Michael
Guthrie be appointed as the Juvenile Services Planning Committee representative; Tracey
Frank be appointed as the Probation representative; Marvin Wade be appointed as the School
District representative; Paul Cooper be appointed as the Division of Youth Services
representative; Richard Brady be appointed as the Bar Association representative; and Joan
Rhoads be appointed as a Citizen representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Patryce Engel, Joyce Hause,
Patricia Orleans, and Michael Guthrie to said board, with their terms to expire November 1,
2000, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tracey Frank and Marvin Wade to
said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2001, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Paul Cooper, Richard Brady, and
Joan Rhoads to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2002, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Patryce Engel, Joyce Hause, Patricia Orleans, and Michael
Guthrie be, and hereby are, appointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with their
terms to expire November 1, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Tracey Frank and Marvin Wade be, and hereby are, appointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Paul Cooper, Richard Brady, and Joan Rhoads be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2002.
