Subject: Open Space Program
Commissioners,
A Weld County Open Space program would be a great benefit to all of us in the County.
* Farmers would have another buyer for land they wanted to sell.
* County planners would have a way to maintain some of the county's quality of surroundings.
* Higher paying businesses are attracted desirable locations.
* Builders and developers will have a more desirable environment to sell.
Please think of this as an OPEN SPACE PROGRAM, not a "Sales Tax".
Your home is not a mortgage; the Open Space Program is not a Sales Tax!
We buy homes, not mortgages.
We buy Open Space Programs, not Sales Taxes.
