RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 523 - LONNIE AND SALLY P.
BLOODING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners on the 25th day
of November, 1981, considered the request of Lonnie and Sally
P. Blooding for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a
parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, more particularly described as follows :
Lot 5 of Weisner Subdivision, a subdivision
of Weld County located in part of the South
Half of Section 7 , Township 2 North, Range
65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the applicants, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that the request of Lonnie and Sally P. Blooding
for permission to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling
on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th
day of November, A.D. , 1981.
